Calgary, AB – The Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (CRSB) is pleased to announce that Cassandra DeMars has joined its staff team in the role of Member Engagement Manager. She is based out of her home office near Webb, SK.
Cassandra was raised and currently resides in Southwest Saskatchewan on a commercial cow/calf operation. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture specializing in Animal Science. She graduated from the Canadian Cattle Young Leaders program in 2019. Prior to this role, she worked in the agriculture finance sector for five years. Outside of her career and the ranch, she spends her spare time pasture riding at a local community pasture, working with her horses, and spending time with her family.
