Conservation Easements

While maintaining ownership, producers make a commitment to conserve the natural integrity of the habitats agreed upon between the producer and Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC), by limiting the amount and type of development that can occur. Our easements have adapted to better suit farmer’s needs, too. DUC now offers term agreements in many areas and occasional farming clauses.
