This biodiversity project aims to train and support producers adopting practices on the farm that promote favourable habitat for wildlife, especially country birds and bees. Activities will include: on-farm training sessions, demonstration showcase, testimonial videos, producer panel, and training material. The project will be held in partnership with local groups; ALUS-Montérégie, ALUS-Outaouais, Gestrie-sol agr-environement advice clubs, UPA, Canadian wildlife federation, Brian Maloney and pasture club. The intention is to host: 16 training sessions, ten demonstration showcases, three testimonial videos, one producer panel, and one event planning guide.
