Summer Intern

Calgary, AB – The Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (CRSB) is pleased to announce that Julie Sharp has joined its staff team in the role of Summer Intern. She is based part-time in the Calgary office and part-time out of her home office near Lacombe, AB.
Julie grew up on her family’s farm near Lacombe, Alberta. Her deep-rooted connection to agriculture stems from her family’s involvement in raising purebred black Angus cattle. Currently, she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture at the University of Saskatchewan, majoring in Animal Science and minoring in Agribusiness. Julie is also currently the Canadian Angus Foundation Junior Ambassador and has spent many years involved with 4-H and Junior Angus programs. She spent last summer as the Canadian Cattle Association Summer Intern and is excited to be back this summer in a new role!
