The Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef’s Annual members’ business meeting will take place at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, as part of our 11th Annual General Meeting and Conference. The theme of this year’s event is “Collaboration and Learning in a Complex Era of Sustainability”.
*each Voting Member shall be entitled to exercise one vote (See Article 24; page 7 of By-Laws); if the designated voting representative is not present, a proxy may be assigned.
Quorum is minimum 25% Voting Members in attendance, and is required for all votes.
The Business Meeting will include CRSB reports and announcement of the 2025 Council elections (completed via electric vote). In addition to the business meeting, there will be speakers, panels, academic student posters and presentations and a member and stakeholder showcase throughout the event.
CRSB meetings are open to all.
A reception sponsored by Canada beef will follow the evening of the meeting. Be sure to join the Maple Leaf Beef Tour sponsored by the Nature Conservancy of Canada on September 24.
