The CRSB Council guides the direction of the CRSB. The Council is elected by the CRSB membership, with representatives across all membership constituencies. Council members represent the following membership constituencies:
- Producer and Processor Associations
- Beef Processors
- Food and Agriculture Businesses
- Retail & Food Services Companies
- Non-Governmental Organizations
- Observers & Ex-officio
The CRSB is governed by its membership and the elected Council. Council directors are elected for a two-year term by members in the membership constituency that they represent.
